At Panhandle Orphan Care Network, we provide essential resources, through something called a Placement Package.  Each child receives a suitcase, Bible, teddy bear, book, toy and blanket.  In addition to those items, each Placement Package also is customized to the specific needs of the family, at that moment, and can include: diapers, clothes, car seats, bottles and formula, and so many other items.  We also provide advocacy, and community support to foster families and children.
